FBS Computer Rankings Get Massive Shakeup, But 'Bama-Iowa Stay 1-2

Alabama and Iowa hold the top two spots in the Congrove Computer Rankings for the second straight week, while Georgia and Oklahoma swap places at Nos. 3 and 4 with the Bulldogs jumping the Sooners.

Michigan moves up from 6th to 5th, and Penn State rises from 8th to 6th, while Cincinnati rockets from 12th to 7th. Oklahoma State continues its ascent with a move from 10th to 8th, Texas moves up from 11 to 9, and Ohio State rises 11 spots to anchor the top 10.

The shake-up was made possible after losses by No. 5 Notre Dame, No. 7 Oregon and No. 9 Ole Miss.  The Irish fell to 13, the Ducks to 14 and the Rebels to 20.

Wake Forest climbed from 15th to 11th, SMU jumped from 16th to 12th, and Arizona State rose from 27th to 15th.

BYU climbed from 34 to 25 after knocking off Utah State on Friday night for the Cougars 16th win in their last 17 games.
