Navy was no match for Arizona State and took a 62-28 whipping in the Kraft Fight Hunger Bowl in San Francisco on Saturday (December 29).
Both teams finished the season 8-5.
Arizona State QB Taylor Kelly threw for 272 yards and 4 TD's while tossing just 2 incompletions in a 17-of-19 performance. He added 76 yards and another score for 344 total yards and 5 TD's.
Navy managed just 339 total yards as a team and most of that came after the Sun Devils had built 55-14 lead.
The Midshipmen have won just one of their last 6 bowl games and now are just 7-10-1 overall in bowl games.
Arizona State improved its bowl record to 13-12-1 while snapping a 3-bowl losing streak in Todd Graham's first season as head coach..
