November 20, 2022 by CollegeFootballPoll.com Staff

The Congrove Computer Rankings at CollegeFootballPoll.com were released after the completion of the weekend's games and saw Sacramento State take the top spot that had been held by Jackson State for the past 4 weeks. Both teams are still undefeated with victories on Saturday, but the Hornets entered the weekend just 0.09 ratings points behind the Tigers and took down then-No. 23 Cal Davis 27-21 while Jackson State defeated then-No. 65 Alcorn State 24-13.

Montana State moves up a notch to No. 3 after a 55-21 romp over Montana. The Bobcats are tied with Sacramento State atop the Big Sky conference with 8-0 records and it will be up league officials to determine which one receives the automatic bid to the FCS playoffs. The Hornets are 11-0 and the Bobcats are 10-1. Both will undoubtedly be in the playoffs.

Incarnate Word moves up a spot to 4th after a 66-7 trouncing of NW State, La.

The one-spot moves up the ladder by Montana State and UIW occurred as South Dakota State slipped from 3rd to 5th. The Jackrabbits completed their season last weekend.

There was no change among the teams ranked 6th through 8th as Holy Cross, North Dakota State and Samford continue to hold those positions.

William & Mary jumps from 11th to 9th as Weber State takes a step backward from 9th to 10th.
