CCR Top 130: Navy Rises 3 Spots, Army Drops 15

Following Navy's 31-7 win over Army on Saturday, the Midshipmen moved up 3 spots from No. 31 to No. 28 while the Black Knights plunged 15 spots from No. 85 to No. 100. A final Congrove Computer Rankings, officially recognized by the NCAA as a major selector of national champions, will be released following the College Football Playoff National Championship game.

The Army-Navy game perennially concludes the college football regular season, and falls between the conference championship weekend and the opening weekend of the bowl season.

The Bahamas and Frisco Bowls mark the beginning of the 2019-2020 bowl season on Friday, December 20.
