The Congrove Computer Rankings have been assessing the strength of all of the teams in the FBS (Football Bowl Subdivision) since 1993, and CollegeFootballPoll.com has been publishing those rankings and associated game predictions since 1999. Beginning this spring, we'll be doing the same for every team in the FCS (Football Championship Subdivision).
