Sun Belt Conference Announces Preseason Coaches Poll

CFP – The Sun Belt Conference coaches' preseason poll has been released and Middle Tennessee was listed first on the ballot by five of the nine member coaches. Troy received 3 first-place votes and Louisiana's Ragin' Cajuns picked up the remaining vote.
MTSU has twice won a share of the title but has never claimed it outright. The Blue Raiders tied North Texas in 2001 and Troy in 2006.
The Trojans have captured four straight Sun Belt crowns, including the last three consecutive outright titles .
Western Kentucky was voted last on all nine ballots.
