USF by 0.40 over West Virginia (-1) - The preseason Congrove Computer Rankings had USF favored by 1.06 so 11 football games haven't changed the projected outcome of this contest much at all. The computer is just 4-7 SU with USF and 8-3 with WVU. The Bulls have blown 4th quarter leads this year. USF quarterback B.J. Daniels is probable after sitting out last week's game.
